Thanks, Richard.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm not sure the 10th Anniversary edition of Cluetrain has much prophesy for 2020 (especially when so much of what we wrote about hasn't happened yet, and it's still just 2009); but you got me going, so I think I'll post some prophesy soon, just for the fun of it. Hope to live long enough to see what I get right.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Meanwhile, a small thing. There's only one 'e' in Searls. :-) FWIW, Searles is not a wrong spelling.
